If the video interview appears to be choppy, sometimes blurry or audio does not match the video
- On Our End:
We here at OTBnTV use an internet video phone system that may be limited
depending on location and internet traffic. If you are using a Macintosh it can
also pixilate the reception of the video image and cause delays in the audio.
- On Your End:
It depends upon your internet connection. There are different transfer bit
rates and slower connections which will be reflected in your reception.
- The Solution:
Minimize the video player (take the video player down on the single line
in the upper right hand corner - in most cases). You can then listen to the
audio portion while you surf the net.
There also could be other complications not addressed here.
